شارب تراكينج (SharpTracking) هي منصة إدارة أسطول مطوّرة ومملوكة لشركة فيوتشر ديجيتال سوليوشنز (Future Digital Solutions) في المملكة العربية السعودية. تنطبق هذه السياسة على موقع www.sharptracking.com وعلى تطبيق SharpTracking Fleet للجوال. SharpTracking is a fleet management platform developed and owned by Future Digital Solutions in Saudi Arabia. This policy applies to the website www.sharptracking.com and to the SharpTracking Fleet mobile app.
عند إرسال نموذج التواصل أو الاستفسار نجمع ما تقدّمه لنا: الاسم، اسم الشركة، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الجوال (اختياري)، حجم الأسطول، اهتمامك، ورسالتك — إضافةً إلى معلومات الحملة الإعلانية التي وصلت منها (مثل مصدر الزيارة ورابط الصفحة) لفهم أداء إعلاناتنا. When you submit our contact or inquiry form we collect what you provide: name, company, email, mobile (optional), fleet size, interest, and your message — plus the advertising campaign context you arrived from (such as traffic source and page URL) so we can understand our ads' performance.
يعمل نموذج الاستفسار سواء وافقت على القياس أم رفضته. لا نحمّل Google Tag Manager أو أدوات قياس Google قبل موافقتك المناسبة. يمكنك اختيار تحليلات الزيارات وقياس الإعلانات بشكل منفصل من زر الخصوصية، وتغيير اختيارك لاحقًا. تخصيص الإعلانات وجمع بيانات الاتصال للتحويلات المحسّنة غير مفعّلين. لا نرسل اسمك أو هاتفك أو بريدك أو نص رسالتك إلى Google. نحفظ اختيارك فقط لمدة 30 يومًا. بموافقتك، تُحفظ بيانات الحملة في جلسة المتصفح حتى 30 دقيقة، بدل كوكيز UTM القديمة لمدة 30 يومًا، والتي نوقفها ونزيلها. قد تستخدم خدمات Google كوكيز القياس بعد الموافقة. نحتفظ بمعرّف عشوائي وبصمة الطلب في جلسة المتصفح لمنع تكرار الإرسال، دون حفظ حقول الاتصال فيها. The enquiry form works whether you accept or reject measurement. Google Tag Manager and Google measurement tools load only after the applicable consent. Use the Privacy button to choose visit analytics and advertising measurement separately or change your choice later. Ad personalization and enhanced conversion collection of contact data are off. We do not send your name, phone, email or message to Google. Your choice is saved for 30 days. With consent, campaign context stays in this browser session for up to 30 minutes, replacing the old 30-day UTM cookies, which are retired and removed. Google services may use measurement cookies after consent. A random request ID and payload digest stay in the browser session to prevent duplicate submissions; contact fields are not stored there.
نستخدم بيانات النموذج للرد على استفسارك وتقديم عرض مناسب لأسطولك فقط. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراض تسويقية. تُرسَل بيانات النموذج وتُعالَج عبر بنية سحابية آمنة. Form data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal for your fleet. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing. Form submissions are transmitted and processed over secure cloud infrastructure.
التطبيق مخصص لمستخدمي الشركات التي لديها حساب في شارب تراكينج. عند تسجيل الدخول يرسل التطبيق بريدك الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور إلى خوادم شارب تراكينج لإنشاء جلسة، ثم يعرض مركبات شركتك ومواقعها ورحلاتها وتنبيهاتها من تلك الخوادم. لا يصل التطبيق إلى موقع هاتفك أو جهات الاتصال أو الصور، ولا يحتوي على إعلانات أو أدوات تحليلات لطرف ثالث، ولا يتتبعك عبر التطبيقات الأخرى. إذا فعّلت Face ID فإن نظام iOS يتولاه على جهازك ولا تتلقى شارب تراكينج أي بيانات حيوية. تسجيل الخروج يحذف الجلسة المحفوظة من الجهاز. لطلب الاطلاع على بيانات حسابك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها تواصل مع مسؤول شركتك أو مع شارب تراكينج عبر واتساب 966592864919+. The app is for users of companies that hold a SharpTracking account. When you sign in, the app sends your email address and password to SharpTracking's servers to create a session, and then shows your company's vehicles, positions, trips and alerts from those servers. The app does not access your phone's location, contacts or photos, contains no advertising or third-party analytics, and does not track you across other apps. If you enable Face ID, it is handled by iOS on your device and SharpTracking never receives biometric data. Signing out removes the saved session from the device.
